24S Battery managment system (up to 100.8V and 20 temperature points) scalable via CAN
My project is about developing a sophisticated Battery Management System (BMS) capable of monitoring 24 cells in series and 20 different temperature points. It's designed to enhance the efficiency and safety of battery packs, particularly in high-voltage applications like electric vehicles and energy storage solutions. The system uses a robust CAN interface for real-time data communication, ensuring precise management and operational reliability. I has varius protections for the battery cells like undervoltage, overvoltage, max. and temperatures limitations, overcurrent. If any of these errors occur it sents error message via CAN and opens the main AIRs (Accumulator isolation relays). You can use various cell chemistrys (up to 5V per cell).
