PowerMonitor_V7_2
This project was designed to monitor current in up to four AC circuits. It is configurable through the touch screen. Each of the four Current Transformer (CT) inputs is configurable for current transformer of 5 to 100 Amps. Data is logged to a micro SD card. This design requires no connection to the AC circuit being monitored. The Ampere measurements are calculated based on the configured Current Transformer. The voltage output of the Current Transformer is monitored for 166 milliseconds (60Hz) or 200 milliseconds (50Hz) which then is used to calculate the current. The power measurement (Watts) is calculated using the current measurement and the configured line voltage for each CT.
