load_switch_panel_4x2.kicad_pcb_gerber
The load_switch module allows to control the the power supply of MCU periperals such as sensors, actors, GPS modules etc. in power sensitive applications.
The core component is an ultra low leakage and quiescent current slew rate controlled high side switch with reverse blocking capability. The switch is a low on resistance p-channel MOSFET that supports continuous current up to 1.4 A. The operating voltage range is from 1.5 V to 5.5 V.
This module allows connection via soldering half-hole edge pads to SMD pads, soldering via pin headers or plugging via pin header/socket header to a main PCB. Additionally, jumper wires can be used for connection in prototyping (e.g. breadboard) assemblies.
