This is a simple adapter board, meant to use a 6-pin Tag Connect TC2030 cable for programming and debugging variants of ESP32 that provide on-chip USB-JTAG debuggers. TC2030 pinout matches Tag Connect's TC2030-USB, adding two buttons to pull EN (reset) and IO0 (bootloader) to ground.
