GOAL: To reduce the gap between academia and industry by equipping graduates with tangible industrial skill in motor control and sensor fusion.
HOW IT WORKS
The system operates by taking a wide 6V to 60V DC input, which is immediately conditioned by bulk capacitors in the high-power section. This input is routed to four DRV8323 motor drivers, which use 24 MOSFETs to convert control signals from the STM32H7 main controller into high-current, three-phase power for the BLDC motors. The STM32H7, powered by a regulated 3.3V supply derived from the main input, executes control algorithms and generates the necessary PWM signals for the drivers. It simultaneously monitors driver status via the nFAULT lines and manages communication with external sensors and systems through its I2C, UART, SPI, and GPIO interfaces, creating a closed-loop development platform for high-performance motor control.
MOTTO: Building projects that solve problems
IMPORTANT: I designed this pcb to be manufactured by PCBWAY but I still do not have the funds for fabrication. I humbly request for your support.
