Just fill with 5mm White LEDs (like these - https://amzn.to/3kK4Cu9 - and mount inside the light assembly.

This was designed for the BestChoice Jeep (https://amzn.to/3MODZ35), but it should work for most of these toy cars. Please let me know if you got it to work with your car!
