This is a "submodule" board for the Kube v2 multi sensor project (https://www.pcbway.com/project/shareproject/NodeMCU_v_1_2_Board.html). It is a cerrier board for power supplies to provide optional power to the full Kube "stack" (in case you don't want to use the USB connector on the NodeMCU). The board provides 3 options for power:

1) MeanWell IRM-03-5 AC/DC power supply (80-120VAC In, 5VDC out)

2) MeanWell SLC-03x DC/DC power supply (full range of DC in, including POE, 5VDC out)

3) Diode Rectifier w/Buck Converter (28VAC/VDC in, 5VDC out).

and puts 5V on the I2C bus header to power the rest of the Kube stack.
