Pi1541 IO Adapter, Rev.4

This is the 4th revision of the IO adapter board for the Pi1541 project. This revision is mostly identical with the the popular revision 2 but adds an I2C header for connecting an OLED display module.See here for further details.

Note: There is an updated 5th revision available by now.
