OPA "Alice" Pencil Microphone
Based on Jules Rykebushs Dual OPA "Alice" Microphone Circuit - a PCB fitting in some pencil microphone bodies.
MXL 441, MXL 603S, Takstar CM-60, Pronomic SCM-1
You need an electret capsule, this PCB does not provide polarisation voltage what you likely need for a true condenser capsule.
Perfect capsule is a Primo EM-21.
Anyhow I had great results with this capsule (even though it is a true condenser) when used on high SPL sound sources like drums:
