OGRE - Open GNSS Research Equipment Receiver v2.0
There is a need for a low-cost, low-power GNSS instrument that can be used to track ice motion on glaciers, study snow accumulation, crevasse formation, etc. Here, we designed a simple, low-component, low-cost, scientific-grade instrument that is cheap enough that you won't cry if you lost it to a crevasse. Version 2.0 integrates the ublox X20P chip, which is all-band and lower power (~90% compared to v1.0).
Beyond the hardware available here, the underlying software is Arduino-based and inspired from the open-source community. You can check it out here:
