Mini 560 Regulador Step Down
What is this project about?
The Mini 560 is one of the most popular compact DC-DC Buck converter
modules in the maker community. It delivers a fixed 5V output with
up to 3A peak current in an ultra-small 17x11mm footprint, making it
perfect for powering microcontrollers, sensors, and IoT devices.
Why did I make it?
I needed a reliable, low-cost 5V power module for my IoT and embedded
projects. I reverse-engineered the original Mini 560 module and
optimized the Gerber files for PCBWay standard 2-layer process.
How does it work?
The JW6058A is a high-efficiency synchronous Buck controller switching
at ~500 kHz, regulating the output to a fixed 5V from a wide input
range (4.5V to 23V). Clean output with ripple below 30mV, suitable
for sensitive microcontroller applications.
Files included
- Gerber files (PCBWay 2-layer optimized)
- Pick & Place / Centroid file (.csv)
