Compact Commodore 64 ROM replacement
This is a drop in replacement for each three c64 rom chips (kernel, basic, char)
First you need to decide and download which of the c64 roms you will be programming, from http://www.zimmers.net/anonftp/pub/cbm/firmware/computers/c64/
once you download it you will need a an SOIC28 TO DIP28 adapter for your mini pro eprom programmer.

and a 28c64b-15su chip to program
once you solder the programmed chip on the board and solder the pins as legs, you are good to go. Just make sure you drop it in the right socket.
Remember the one on the left is (901226) is the basic rom, the one on the middle is kernel (901227) and the one on the right (901225) is the character rom.
And ask yourself "where's all the ROM gone?"
