Breakout Board for SSOP5-0.65 convert to DIP6

Breakout Board for SSOP5-0.65 (single logic IC, dual input single output, e.g TOSHIBA TC7S FU,LF series) convert to DIP6 with bypass capacitor.

Commercially available conversion PCBs do not have bypass capacitors installed, so it was a bit of a hassle to use them on a breadboard. Therefore, I created one that can have bypass capacitors installed.
