Arduino Kart Data Logger v2.0
### DESCRIPTION
Log data from your Kart to a Bluetooth device using a few sensors. In the current configuration the system transmits RPM, gear, lap time, accelerator and brake pedals position and temperature.
Change the refresh rate of the device and other settings using serial Bluetooth communication.
### TECHNICAL DETAILS / COMPONENTS
You will need: An Arduino Nano (or another Arduino board), 4 Hall effect switches, 3 Linear hall sensors, one Bluetooth HC-05 module, 5 resistors 2.2k Ohm, and 1 resistor 1k Ohm.
As it is now, the Bluetooth module sends data to a RaceChrono app on your mobile device.
You can modify the code to send data to another application.
### BUILD INSTRUCTIONS
Connect all the sensors with the correct polarity to the correct place on the PCB. Use the code in the GitHub link.
Locate the sensors on the Kart in the correct location (varies depending on your kart).
For the RPM - put the sensor on the lead to the sparkplug.
For the lap time - put the sensor as close to the ground to pick up the magnetic strip in the racetrack.
Thank you and have fun.
