Typically the depth of the v-cut is 3/4 of the thickness of the board. So if you want to do v-cuts we recommend the center of the v-cut line to any traces. Please bear this in mind when designing your panels.
The key standard specifications and tolerances for V-scoring are detailed below:
Blade Alignment Deviation: 0.1 mm (upper and lower scoring blades)
V-Cut Angle Tolerance: ±5°
Remaining Web Thickness Tolerance: ±4 mil (approx. ±0.1 mm)
Regarding your layout, keeping a minimum safety clearance of 0.4 mm between trace copper and the center of the V-CUT line is suitable and fully complies with standard manufacturing requirements.
