What's the Gold Finger PCB?
Contacts on the edge of a circuit board that plug into a mating connector. Gold Finger PCB is also called Gold Connector, Edge Connector, Connector Finger, Contact Fingers, Edge-Board Connectors, Gold Tabs or Gold Tips etc.
Gold finger pcb with hard gold plating or immerstion gold covered the connector surface like fingers. If normal immersion gold on connectors with gold thickness no more than 5micron inch, it could be done with the surface of whole PCB. Otherwise, it have to be done with hard gold plating process and thickness of gold could reach max.50 micron inch.
Application
Gold Finger PCB are applied to industries such as: telecommunication, computer application, industrial control, automobile and high-end consumer electronics, ect.
