Блок питания базируется на популярном шим контроллере SG3525, который работает на частоте 50 кГц. С её выхода импульсы поступают на драйвер полевых транзисторов на микросхеме IR2110. Выходной каскад построен по полумостовой схеме на мощных полевых транзисторах. Обе микросхемы питаются от отдельного малогабаритного трансформатора с выходным напряжением 15 вольт, которое снижается и стабилизируется на 12 вольт микросхемой 7812. Выходной каскад питается выпрямленным и отфильтрованным сетевым напряжением, которое после выпрямления становится 310 вольт. Выходное двуполярное напряжение стабилизированное. Стабилизация осуществляется по положительному плечу выхода, через цепочку из двух стабилитронов и оптопару, выход оптопары подключен к усилителю ошибки микросхемы SG3525. Выходное напряжение будет зависеть от номиналов этих двух стабилитронов. Трансформатор самодельный, на Ш-образном феррите марки ETD59. Первичная обмотка содержит 12 витков проводом диаметра 1,12 мм, вторичная содержит 2х6 витков проводом диаметра 1,43 мм. Полевые транзисторы и диоды выходного выпрямителя устанавливаются на теплоотвод, желательно с обдувом. Такой блок питания можно использовать для питания усилителя мощности звука. Следует отметить, что этот блок питания не имеет защиты от короткого замыкания. Если немного изменить схему, то можно добавить и защиту от короткого замыкания. Для этого отключают 10 ножку микросхемы SG3525 от земли и в разрыв цепи подключают схему, которая внизу. Датчиком тока будет служить резистор сопротивлением 0,1 Ом, включенный в разрыв истока и земли нижнего по схеме полевого транзистора.

It should be noted, that this power supply does not have short circuit protection. If you slightly change the circuit, then you can add protection against short circuit. To do this, disconnect the 10th leg of the SG3525 chip from the ground and connect the circuit at the bottom to the open circuit. The current sensor will be a resistor with a resistance of 0.1 Ohms, included in the gap of the source and ground of the lower one according to the field-effect transistor circuit.
