The Coleco ADAM External Digital Data Drive Housing was designed to allow the ability to externally mount a factory Coleco ADAM Digital Data Drive outside of the main console. This is a simple pass-through design that requires two PCBs for connections between the console and external housing. The Eagle CAD board file is supplied and a link to gerbers will be supplied soon. The designer used 2 oz Cu PCB traces if you want to fully mimic the original design. This design requires the user to have the skills and ability to create a way to passthrough the internal Data Drive wiring to the PCB and mounting on the console side of this project. A simple bracket STL idea is supplied. The designer uses metal fabricated COM panels for best results.
