This board allows throtttle profiling and trim for EVs using 'cheap' BLDC motor controllers on dual drive systems.
It implements:
Throttle profiling.
Throttle dead zone compensation.
BLDC controller start and max voltage setup.
Slow mode. Low cost BLDC controllers have poor slow speed performance, this project fixes that.
Forces slow mode when reverse selected.
When a new mode is selected: reverse, normal , slow does not apply a throttle ouput until the input throttle is zero.
Trim calibration. Different controllers produce different motor speeds for the same throttle input.
Idle throttle voltage setting for left/right. Sets the voltage above which the motors turn.
Max throttle voltage. Sets the max voltage applied to the BLDC controller.
