I’ve designed a distinctive electronic circuit to celebrate Valentine’s Day in a creative and meaningful way. Crafted with precision using the KiCad design tool, this project incorporates high-quality SMD components, bringing a modern and technological touch to your romantic decorations.

At the heart of the circuit is a 0603 LED, which emits a soft, captivating red glow—perfectly representing the love and passion of the occasion. Paired with an 0805 resistor, it ensures optimal brightness and energy efficiency.

The circuit is powered by a CR2032 battery holder, providing a compact and portable energy source ideal for sleek, wireless applications. A PCM12SMTR switch is also included, offering effortless on/off control, extending battery life, and enhancing user convenience.

The PCB design embraces the Valentine’s Day spirit, adorned with heart-shaped patterns and romantic motifs. This project beautifully blends technology with sentiment, making it ideal for a romantic dinner, a thoughtful gift, or a unique decorative piece to express your love.

The PCB design includes 50Ω resistors as standard; however, this value may vary depending on the colour of LED used. In situations where a resistor is not required, the PCB has been designed with optional solder jumpers to facilitate direct connection. It is recommended to consider their use according to the specific needs of the project.
