Sega Genesis 3 - Stereo Audio Restore
Add Stereo audio to the small Sega Genesis 3 model. The small form Genesis has great video output but suffers from Mono Audio. This mod will add true stereo audio. The two-channel stereo was always inside the Genesis but was combined into mono before going to the connector. This mod keeps the two channels separate and sends them out the mini-DIN connector. The 32X audio also works. This mod only requires 3 wires to complete the install. It is the quickest way to mod the Model 3.

The documentation is for a different mod but the description of the parts on the Genesis motherboard are the same. Just use the audio related portion and skip the rest.
ORDER PCB THICKNESS LESS THAN 1.6MM FOR EASIER SOLDERING. PCB thickness 0.8mm is easier to solder to the Genesis motherboard.
