SMART Band with ESP32
the project is a smart band to be worn on the wrist.
This wearable is open source and is programmed via the Arduino IDE. everyone is free to configure the device as they see fit.
It is equipped with GPS to prevent the phone battery from running out during sporting activities, and there is also a sensor to detect oxygenation and heartbeats. finally, a gyroscope and a digital compass have been added for step telemetry.
this smart band is ispired by the xiaomi one, but with that you have more way to customize this for your scope.
maybe with a computer software you can customize more easier that with arduino IDE, you can add some new sport and open people to explore the nature in multiple way by using that smart band. also you can add an system that call SOS in case of eccidents or if you loose the orientation in mountain or in a woods with that you can return to home safely and that is possible by use the GPS and the preloaded coordinates by using an open source app.
