Printing Instructions:

Printing the acoustic amplifier is straightforward with some specific configurations:

• Layer height: 0.2 mm (0.15 mm recommended for detail)

• Infill: Minimum 20%

• Material: PLA

For the best results, use organic supports during printing. To create the grid-like section, set the top and bottom solid layers of designated objects to 0 and adjust the infill type and percentage to your preference. The feet are printed separately and should be attached using super glue in the designated slots.

Test and Result:

We conducted tests using an iPhone 15 Pro Max and observed a +5dB increase in normal configuration and a +6dB increase with the telescopic section fully extended.
