MIDI-FORGE Sonata: 28MB AWE64 memory expansion
Upgrade your vintage soundcard with this 28MB memory expansion to store sound fonts in DOS and Windows. The MIDI FORGE Sonata is compatible with Sound Blaster AWE64 sound cards released in 1996/97.
The EMU8000 can only address 28MB in total, but this board will get you there to load the largest sound fonts available for the Sound Blaster AWE64.
This board is compact and a lot smaller than the MIDI FORGE Rhapsody which you can find on my profile. Another benefit of this board is that you won't need any programming! This board does not have a GAL chip and makes it a lot easier to assemble.
