MCP1700 Mini Breakout Board
This is a very simple breakoutboard for the MCP1700 Voltage regulator.
This is an awsome component, best suited for battery powered application, due to it's low drop out voltage, and it's low quiescient current.
So it's perfect for IoT projects.
Unfortunately is not breadbord friendly, so it's nearly impossible to prototype with it, or to use it as a drop in component.
Also there aren't any breakout available, that's why i designed it myself.
The schematic is pretty simple, but with this board it's much easier to use this comonent in any scenarios without a custom made pcb.
The design includes the input and output capacitors. For small applications they sould be big enough, but you can always choose birreg ones.
