I want to build a complete 100% domestically made microcontroller.

Please tell me if all of these components are available, and are manufactured in the United States.

I know digikey manufactures custom printed circuit boards, I will start there and buy all the components from digikey that are made domestically. Suggestions on components made by other American manufacturers would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to build something similar to the Studio Seeed Series, Similar size and performance. 

It does not have to meet the exact specifications, I want similar performance.
