Ok, My recommendations when you order:

The Shell:

MAKE SURE YOU SELECT CNC after you add to cart, not 3D print

Make sure your options look like this,

For surface finish, if you just want it raw aluminum, like in the videos i made, just select Standard (as Milled) as shown here

If you want to be fancy, you can have the part bead blasted and anodized for a few extra dollars in a variety of colors like this

I have not used the bead blast / anodize services yet, but i might be ordering one in black anodized, not sur yet.

After that the next most important thing to do is make sure to select YES on tapped threads, this will ensure the holes in teh shell are actually tapped so you can screw in screws. As seen here

The rest of the options should look like this

And under product Dsec, I just choose aluminum enclosure like this

Then you scroll back up and select "Submit Request" they will do a file review (It should only take a few hours and then you can see the totals and shipping)

For the bottom cover,

If you want metal, make all the same selections as above

If you want plastic, select 3d printed, then select ASA for the material.
