PCB badge in the shape of a tree that you can hang on your real tree.

This time, I wanted to make something that looked very intricate with a lot of traces, but mainly for artistic purposes. I mean, the traces will work as expected; it´s just that all of them are connected to the same wire.

The design is as simple as it could be, with just one cell battery and six LEDs. However, the graphical design is a little bit more complicated. I have used Houdini to simulate a design that looks like tree branches. Those are imported into KiCad, and hand-drawn brush lettering is added as a silkscreen layer.

The PCB is matt green color, ordered together with the assembly of 6 SMD LEDs. There was a place for a battery holder, but that one was out of stock, and it would take another 10 days, which I didn´t have (I was already late). For this reason, I have also added 2 holes for manually soldering wires or pin headers.

I promise the next time, I will make my Christmas-themed design before Christmas.
