Carysel Yogurt filing machine
This is the 12-channel sensor board for a 5-axis turntable to fill about 10 yogurt cups per minute, seal, and eject.
Most of the mechanical design was completed in SolidWorks. It includes 5 NEMA17 stepper motors, a low-voltage vacuum pump, and a servo.
Everything is controlled with an Arduino MEGA.
This project was commissioned by a local small food production facility.
Most of the system and electronic design was completed with DeepSeek assistance.
