Camera 5x5 pixels
This 5x5 camera uses transistor logic to select which pixel to output the value of, all outputs are using the reverse bias techique to find the current produced by the LEDs, (very little) so there is a small current (suppressed by a 1kOhm resistor) that is in the opposite polarity, so when there is more light, the voltage shown is lower
The column select and row select are positive inputs compared to ground (they are VDD) they essentally give specific leds the power so it can output that register if the voltage is higher than the average
