Advanced ESP32-WROOM-32E IoT Dev Board
I designed an IoT development board that is based on the ESP32 microcontroller and equipped with various sensors. This board includes a DHT11 humidity and temperature sensor for measuring environmental conditions, an MQ135 gas sensor for monitoring air quality, a BMP280 sensor for atmospheric pressure and temperature measurements, and an SD card reader for data logging. Throughout the design process, my aim was to provide users with a wide range of data and create a versatile platform for developing IoT applications.
The DHT11 sensor enables the board to monitor environmental variables and collect temperature and humidity data, allowing users to monitor indoor and outdoor conditions and take appropriate measures. Additionally, the MQ135 gas sensor detects various harmful gases, providing information about air quality and expanding the board's environmental monitoring capabilities to alert users about environmental risks.
By accurately monitoring atmospheric pressure and temperature, the BMP280 sensor offers users a more comprehensive view of environmental conditions. This feature provides accurate and reliable data, particularly crucial for monitoring weather conditions or meteorological studies. Furthermore, the SD card reader can be used to store collected data, allowing users to analyze and visualize data later without the risk of data loss.
In conclusion, this ESP32-based IoT development board, equipped with various sensors and functionalities, offers extensive capabilities for environmental monitoring, data collection, and user interaction. My design provides a robust and flexible platform for developing IoT applications, catering to those interested in enhancing environmental awareness, monitoring environmental variables, and making more informed decisions regarding environmental risks.
