Payoneer Payment Instructions

To complete your payment via Payoneer, please follow the instructions below.

Method 1: Payment Request（Recommended）

With this method, PCBWay initiates an official payment request through Payoneer, ensuring that your payment is correctly linked to your order.

Step 1: Provide Required Information

Please send the following information to our sales or customer service team:

• Your Payoneer account email address
• Order Group Number (e.g. G123456)

In addition, as required by Payoneer, please provide your payer details:

If paying as a company (recommended):

• Company name
• Company website (optional but recommended)
• Contact first name
• Contact last name
• Country

If paying as an individual:

• First name
• Last name
• Country

Step 2: PCBWay Creates the Payment Request

Based on the information you provide, PCBWay will:

• Accurately fill in the payment amount (related fees will be included)
• Add the Group Number in the Description for payment identification
• Submit an official Payoneer Payment Request

Step 3: Receive the Official Payoneer Email

You will receive an official payment request email sent directly from Payoneer to your account email address.

Our customer service team will also send you the payment request link by email for convenience

Step 4: Complete the Payment

You may complete the payment using either option below:

• Click the payment request link in the email
• Log in to your Payoneer account and complete the payment directly

Before completing the payment, please confirm that:

• The payment amount is correct
• The Group Number shown in the Description matches your order

Once confirmed, please follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.

Method 2: Payment Link

This method is available, but not recommended for order-based payments.

How It Works:

PCBWay generates a Payoneer payment link without any payer’s information.

You just open the link and complete the payment by following the on-screen instructions.

This method may result in:

• Payment identification delays
• Additional verification requirements

For accurate and efficient order processing, we strongly recommend using Payment Request whenever possible.

All the payment link will be sent officially by Payoneer or our service team with the payment receiver's information (Hangzhou Bozhou Electric Appliance Co Ltd, payment@pcbway.com).
