FedEX IE's service is suspension from 30th, March.

FedEX IP's pick-up service is available, and the packages are all in the FedEX's warehouse waiting for the flight. You can check the tracking number on its web to get the specific date. We recommend choosing DHL for your urgent orders.


1. If the courier service you choose is suspended in your area, we will send you an email to confirm the latest courier method. Please pay attention to your order details and email.

2.E-packet is NOT available for the package to Italy, USA , Russia, and Japan now. (Updated on 27th, Mar.)

3.DHL Hong Kong will delays for 3-5 business days.

4. We highly recommend choosing DHL to deliver your orders cause it's the most stable and fast shipping methods at this time. 

5.our selection of items available for international shipping may be temporarily reduced. You can find updated delivery times on the Instant Quote page for each item, and in checkout.
