Magic Eye Switch for Bluetooth Boards

This is an add-on to allow the Bluetooth Boards that I designed previously to be switched on or off using the magic Eye tube's B+ signal. The Magic Eye is normally ON when radio is selected, and OFF when Phono is used. This allows us to only switch the Bluetooth Module ON when Phono input is being used, to reduce noise pickup when listening to radio.
