LS30 Rotary Joystick to USB Keyboard Adapter
Plug in the 13 pin cable from 1 or 2 LS30 style arcade Rotary Joysticks and this board will send out keyboard keystrokes over USB to indicate when each joystick rotates clockwise or counter clockwise.
This allows emulators to use the joystick as a game control input.
The PCB contains an ATMega32u4 and behaves like a Pro Micro.
Since the manufactured PCBs will contain blank chips, the board must be flashed with a Pro Micro bootloader.
Then it will appear as a serial port in the Arduino IDE like a Pro Micro device.
Program it with the rotary joystick sketch and it will behave like a USB keyboard when joysticks are rotated.
