LDO Distribution for Fader Pots - 5V Logic and 8V Motor
This power distribution pcb provides 5v and 8v along with a pass-through I2C clock/data connection to the motorized slide fader potentiometers from this project: https://www.pcbway.com/project/shareproject/Motorized_Slide_Pot_Controller_0d1f8563.html
This pcb takes 12v in as well as I2C clock/data from any other controller eg Arduino.
On board LDOs provide one 5V logic and four 8V motor power outputs.
The 5V and I2C output header will plug into one fader pot pcb and there is a duplicate header on each fader pcb so logic power and I2C can daisy chain for the remaining pots.
Each fader pcb receives a direct 8v motor power connection from the LDO distribution board to allow the current requirements of each motor to be met by the LDOs.
