Fake Mosfet Detector Tester V2.0

The Learn Electronics Repair Fake Mosfet Detector V2.0 Now easier and cheaper to build.

You can use the tester to measure the Gate Threshold voltage of the MOSFET under test. You can also measure RDSon at a gate voltage of 3.3V, 5V or 10V and Ids up to 10A. Comparing the results with the datasheet will detect most fake mosfets or you can simply use the tester to prove a mosfet is good.
