BIPO features two voltage controlled amplifiers (VCAs) that can be used individually or locked together to allow for sidechaining / crossfading. By changing the OFFSET knobs, the VCAs can be biased as ringmodulators-

Inputs and outputs is DC-Biased which makes them compatible with low-frequency CV signals as well.

BIPO

The BIPO output is a quasy four-quadrant-multiplication between the IN and CV signals. The IN output is routed to an internal attenuverter circuit and subtracted from the VCA signal.

LOCK

If the LOCK switch is up, the top and bottom sections are not influencing each other. Both CV inputs

Flipping the LOCK switch down routes the un-modulated CV signal from the top section to the bottom CV input. The top signal can still be controlled with either attenuverter knob, allowing for crossfading / ducking. 

MIX

The VCA outputs are always summed together at the MIX output.
