nOb TRS and USB-C MIDI adapter

This adds MIDI TRS and USB-C ports to the nOb. This MIDI device reads chords you're playing on a keyboard and starts suggesting chords you could continue with, ordering them by probability. Supports USB and BLE MIDI (and TRS with an extension board that firmware sales will help me to make).
