basically Sorter V2 layer adapter board v1.0

This is the released passive layer adapter used with the basically Sorter V2 control board. The PCB silkscreen reads REV 1.0. It is not an adapter revision 1.2.

How to order a five-layer set

Choose PCB + Assembly on this page and request FIVE assembled adapters. Order ONE assembled control separately from https://www.pcbway.com/project/shareproject/basically_Sorter_V2_control_board_v1_4_1_a70e05ce.html . PCBWay quotes and manufactures the two board designs separately; confirm assembled quantity versus bare-PCB quantity and the final quotation. These pages do not automatically create a six-board bundle or combine customers into a production batch.

What is fitted

Five parts per adapter: C1 100uF/35V capacitor, R1 0-ohm jumper, J3 and J4 keyed 2x8 headers, and J5 right-angle 1x3 header. The four-row BOM specifies exact manufacturer part numbers. Both SMD parts and all three through-hole connectors are included in the intended assembly scope. J1/J2/J6/J7/R2/R3 remain unfitted; do not add a solder bridge at JP1. No cables, servos, motors, power supply or control board are included in this adapter order.

Manufacturing files

70 x 50 mm, radius-7mm corners, two layers, 1.6mm FR4, 1oz copper, black mask, white legend, lead-free HASL. The copper, mask, paste, silkscreen and drill files are the released files. Only dimension lettering/arrows have been removed from the outline export; the actual contour is unchanged. The two-row centroid is for top-side SMT. Through-hole pin-1 anchor positions and orientation instructions are in the assembly ZIP; those anchors are not component centers.

The cover is a placement illustration, not a photograph of PCBWay-built hardware. Follow the assembly-reference image and text, particularly C1 positive-left/negative-right and connector key direction. PCBWay must review parts availability, footprint compatibility and placement/polarity before production. No silent substitutions. This listing does not claim a newly completed DRC or a powered first-article test by PCBWay.
