The Pentagon LEO 1024K computer project on the ALTERA CPLD is a clone of the popular ZX Spectrum computer. This project implements the NEMO BUS - 2 slots. The GOTEK disk drive emulator is implemented on the board. Also, a built-in RGB-VGA (HDMI) converter from Alex EKB (the corresponding project is on GitHub). Sound on two AY8910 or YM2149 chips (TURBO SOUND).

The prototype for the creation of LEO 1024 was the Pentagon 512K on the CPLD ALTERA. The computer operation was debugged on it, and a new version was created.

In the 512K version, the emulator of the ATMEGA 328 and SD-Card floppy drive is implemented on the platter. The computer reset is implemented via BANK 0 ROM. It is possible to install 128K ROM with the ability to switch 8 ROMs by 16K.

All these developments were included in the LEO 1024K version.
