Description

T-Type Inverter (Half Bridge)

The designed T-type inverter board is a three-level power conversion system rated for a nominal DC-link voltage of 400 V and a current of 20 A, targeting high efficiency and low switching losses. The T-type topology reduces voltage stress on power devices and significantly improves output voltage quality compared to conventional two-level inverters.

The board integrates current, voltage, and temperature sensors to enable real-time monitoring, protection, and closed-loop control. Current sensors provide accurate load and phase current feedback, voltage sensors supervise DC-link and output voltages, and temperature sensors ensure safe thermal operation of the power switches. These features support fault detection, system protection, and reliable long-term operation.
