Project Description:
This is a fully engineered outer frame for a next-gen smart glasses device. The model supports:
Hidden compartments for PCB and battery modules
Dual-display lens support (projected AR)
Two embedded camera modules (hidden inside frame arms)
Built-in nose support with accurate ergonomic fit
Sleek, matte black rectangular design (not bulky)
Space for prescription lenses to be fitted in directly (not clip-ons)
Internal channels for wiring
Designed using SolidWorks, dimensions follow standard AR form factor with precise component alignment. This 3D print request is for high-quality, lightweight, durable wearable material. Final goal: build a real, non-bulky prototype under 50g.
