This caddy mounts in place of the original floppy drive on a Sharp X1 Turbo allowing you to mount 1 Gotek floppy drive emulator per caddy. This was modeled to fit a CZ-851 and CZ-852. Other X1 Turbo or Turbo Z models may fit, but that is up to the end user to verify.

You will need to purchase 3 M3x5x5 threaded inserts per caddy. The mounting bosses on the caddy 5mm deep pockets that are 4.5mm in diameter. You should be able to easily insert the inserts with a soldering iron if you're careful.

To mount the Goteks to the caddies, loosely fasten the 3 upper mounting screws to the crossbar, carefully slide the assembly into place, push the caddies toward the front of the case to get the bezels flush, and snug the upper mounting screws. The front bezel is designed to self align with the opening on the front of the case, so it should be a snap to align everything cleanly.

You will need to get 2 caddies made if you want to replace both floppy drives. Get them printed in black resin for best results.
