Sensor fusion board - ICM20948 & Quectel L86 GPS
Sensors Board can be used for sensor fusion in projects that require accurate direction heading and positioning. It makes use of InvenSense ICM20948 and Quectel L86 GPS.
In addition to this, the board has a Molex PicoBlade connector (J2) for TF-Luna Lidar. However, since the Lidar is using the I2C bus, it may be used for any device that uses I2C.
The main header (J6 JST_PH_S7B-PH-K), can go to a Raspberry Pi, a Jetson Nano, or your preferred microcontroller, which will also power the board. The pinout is printed on the board - see attached pictures.
At the left, J1 (Molex PicoBlade) connector can be used with the MCP23008 to connect three buttons.
The back of the board has a 3v battery holder for L86 GPS V_BCKP power - see datasheet for details.
Note:
The GPS needs 3v to V_BCKP pin before applying power to VCC, otherwise the GPS will not start and not output anything. Thus, the battery needs to be connected before powering the module.
