RC Light & Sound controller with integrated ESC based on ESP32

This is a remix of TheDIYGuy999's ESP32 Light & Sound Controller: https://github.com/TheDIYGuy999/Rc_Engine_Sound_ESP32.

The optional ESC based on RZ7886 is now built in.

I changed the passive size to 0603, bulk caps are now THT (it's what I have access to).
