My name is Vittorio Loschiavo from Italy, and I would like to submit my project for the PCBWay 12th Anniversary Badge Design Contest.

Description:

This project is a custom-designed interactive PCB badge created to celebrate PCBWay’s 12th Anniversary and the Year of the Horse (2026).

The front side of the PCB features a detailed artistic design created using drilled holes and silkscreen graphics, representing two dynamic horses together with the PCBWay logo. The holes are carefully arranged to allow light to pass through, enhancing the overall visual effect.

The back side contains a fully functional electronic circuit based on addressable RGB LEDs controlled by an ESP32 module. The LEDs illuminate the front design through the micro-holes, creating a striking and dynamic lighting effect.

The lower section of the design highlights PCBWay’s wide range of manufacturing services beyond PCB fabrication, including CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal fabrication, and injection molding. These elements are visually integrated into the PCB layout to showcase the versatility and innovation of PCBWay’s capabilities.

This project combines electronics, art, and manufacturing into a single compact and visually impactful PCB badge.
