Multi-voltage Ramps shield
Designing a 3D printer recycling as many components from e-waste as possible I wasn't able to get my hands on a decent power supply, so instead I decided to use multiple smaller power brick and wall wart style AC adapters as those are easily found at e-waste collection sites, and more often than not get tossed fully functional because the device they came with broke!
Using multiple power adapters meant some stepper motors needed to work on a different voltage than others, so I designed my own version of the popular Ramps shield to handle the five separate voltage levels - a 19.5V heated bed, 24V X&Y motors, 12V Z-axis stepper, 12V hotend and fans, and a 5V extruder. Since at its core it remains Ramps 1.4.2 almost all of the RepRap documentation is still applicable, even though I rearranged the components a bit to fit larger fuses and surface mount MOSFETs.
Save for some header pins my board was made using 100% electronic components obtained from e-waste!
