This is a basic utility module. Passive multiples are essentially just a bunch of audio jacks connected together at the tips and ground.The module is split into two separate boards: the front panel and the control panel. The boards are held together by the jacks, so no additional standoffs required.The schematics and layout was made in KiCAD.
