This pcb is a breakout board for common guitar effect circuit components that don't easily fit on a breadboard for prototyping.

It has a guitar input jack, output jack, spare input/output jacks with headers to wire to a breadboard,

3 SPDT toggle switches and 3 potentiometers with 3 pin headers to connect to breadboard projects,

a 3PDT stomp switch with FX-ON LED indicator, and a header to send the guitar jack signal off-board, another pin to receive the processed signal into the board and route it to the final audio output jack.

When the stomp switch is in bypass, the guitar in is routed to audio out.

When the stomp switch is engaged, the guitar in is routed to the off-board header, and the incoming header signal is routed to the audio out jack.

This allows building a prototype effect circuit and being able to switch a guitar between true bypass and to the prototype circuit.

The board is powered by a +9VDC center negative jack like a guitar effect (to power the LEDs) and also to generate a -9VDC supply.

The prototype circuit can then be powered by +/- 9VDC as needed.

Note: In the assembly BOM, the three potentiometers and the stomp switch are set as Do Not Install so if the PCB is being ordered already assembled, the customer has to obtain and mount those parts separately.

The pots and switch used in the project were generic and no part number was available. The stomp switch can be found on Ebay or AliExpress and the pots can be found at various suppliers.
